Canarian cuisine is often reduced to "papas arrugadas" with mojo, but the mountains hold secret recipes passed down for generations. In the local guachinches, we discovered the true depth of island flavors.

We tasted the local flower cheese (Queso de Flor) and the rich stews that fuel the hikers. Food here is slow, local, and incredibly fresh.
